Their own bedroom
Students pay a monthly fee to the association. We transfer a monthly rent of 330 € to you, which includes :
• a private furnished bedroom (desk, bed, wardrobe)
• shared or private bathroom
• access to the kitchen
• access to laundry facilities and wifi
A warm welcome
Students, not tenants ! You will welcome the student with an apéritif in the week of their arrival, in order to meet and share tips with students on how to get by in their new environment.
welcome2France homestay program is designed to offer welcoming, homely surroundings to foreign students studying in Reims.
Both parties will sign a housing agreement. The association will do the paperwork and be on your side all along the student’s stay.
International students
SciencesPo students come to Reims for an exchange semester or as students of the undergraduate college, for a few months or a full year. They are 18-22 years old, speak English and come from various countries. They all are hard-working, talented students !
Meal plans
A meal plan is optional. You may arrange with your student to share 1 or 2 meals per week. Students will then pay a monthly extra fee of 30€ (1 mal per week) or 60€ (2 meals per week). A good opportunity to share memorable moments around a nice home-cooked family meal ! « à la française ». L’occasion de riches et joyeux échanges !
