Hosting a student :
collected rent of €350 per month (transferred to you by Welcome2France)
Optional meal plan :
1 or 2 meals per week ; extra fee of €8 per meal (transferred to you by welcome2France)
Host family subscription :
€70 per year
Security deposit :
€300 (managed by welcome2France, paid back to the student in case of no property damage)
